Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Jungle Smash

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings, purchases and visits to Jungle Smash. By making a booking, purchasing tickets or entering the venue, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Bookings

  • Bookings are subject to availability.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Full payment must be made before your booking where applicable.

  • Booking confirmation will be sent once payment has been received.

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for cancellation and refund information.

Arrival

Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before your booking time.

Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time, and refunds or extensions cannot be guaranteed.

Age Restrictions

  • Certain activities and events may have minimum age requirements.

  • Valid photographic ID may be required.

  • Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult where applicable.

  • Alcohol will only be served to guests aged 18 or over with valid identification where requested.

Alcohol & Responsible Drinking

Jungle Smash promotes responsible drinking at all times.

We reserve the right to refuse alcohol service or entry to anyone who:

  • Appears intoxicated.

  • Behaves aggressively or abusively.

  • Is under the legal drinking age.

  • Cannot provide valid identification when requested.

No refunds will be issued where service is refused for these reasons.

Activities

Guests participate in all activities at their own risk.

By taking part, you agree to:

  • Follow all staff instructions.

  • Use equipment responsibly.

  • Respect other guests.

  • Report any faults immediately.

Jungle Smash reserves the right to stop any activity if it believes safety may be compromised.

Health & Safety

Some activities may not be suitable for everyone.

Guests should consider any medical conditions, injuries or pregnancy before participating. If unsure, please speak to a member of staff before taking part.

​

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any deliberate or reckless damage caused by themselves or members of their party.

Jungle Smash reserves the right to recover the cost of repairs or replacements where appropriate.

Behaviour

We want everyone to enjoy their visit.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if they:

  • Behave in a threatening, abusive or violent manner.

  • Use illegal drugs or prohibited substances.

  • Cause damage to the venue.

  • Harass staff or other customers.

  • Fail to follow reasonable instructions from staff.

No refunds will be given if entry is refused or guests are asked to leave due to unacceptable behaviour.

CCTV & Photography

CCTV operates throughout Jungle Smash for the safety and security of our customers, staff and property.

Photography and filming may also take place within the venue for promotional purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

​

Personal Belongings

Jungle Smash cannot accept responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings brought into the venue.

Please keep your valuables with you at all times.

​

Food & Drink

No food or drink purchased outside Jungle Smash may be consumed on the premises unless agreed in advance by management.

​

Promotional Offers

Offers, vouchers and promotional discounts:

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • May have expiry dates.

  • Cannot usually be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated.

Changes & Cancellations

Jungle Smash reserves the right to amend activities, opening hours, prices or bookings where necessary due to operational requirements, maintenance or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Where possible, suitable alternatives will be offered.

​

Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to applicable law, Jungle Smash shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our venue or activities.
